SAMPLES

Q：Can we have samples before we settle the deal?

A: Yes. We are happy to provide samples for testing and quality checking if you truly appreciate our value and look forward to cooperating with us. However, we do not cover the cost of delivery fee since we send samples for free.

    

Q: How long does it take to finish samples?

A: About 5-7 working days.

         

LEAD TIME

Q: How long is the lead time of small production and mass production?

A: It takes 10-15 working days for small production while 30-40 days for mass production.

    

DELIVERY TIME

15-18 days to Asian countries; 25-35 days to Oceania; 35-38 days to Europe and Africa; 45-50 days to South America and North America according to previous order

   

CUSTOMIZATION

Q: Can we have OEM or ODM service?

A: Sure, Jianming Lighting serves OEM & ODM in keeping with buyers’ wish. What’s more, we are improving the gamut of capacity as well as advancing our technique to OBM. We are forging ahead.

   

Q: How do you customize items?

A: As an experienced project manufacturer, it is our strong point that we do customized production. You are welcome to send us drawing draft for quotation then our team will complete the next process.

    

Q: Will the fixtures work on my country’s voltage?

A: Jianming Lighting offers many items wired for your voltage. If needed, we can customize the fixture to your voltage standard for an additional fee. Customization will extend your lead time by approximately 4 weeks.

    

QUALITY

Q: How do you guarantee the quality of mass production?

A: Production will be arranged exactly in line with what we have agreed. We do have strict quality control process for the accessories purchasing. And there is no doubt that we supply the best amount of glass and crystal as a former glass & crystal manufactory. It has been years that our focus mainly on quality control which gained a wide range of good reputation among our clients. 100% of the products will go through anti fall test also testify the durability. Videos and photos will be kept till the end of the deal.

    

QC&QA SYSTEM SUPPORT

Jianming Lighting has set up our own QC&QA members to make sure we follow every step of production, including IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC, DQC, MQC. It is their duty to take photos and videos  of finished products, write reports on details before balance payment and shipment. Each product should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customers. Also, we will be glad if you have your own QC to visit our factory.

   

PACKING

Q: How do you pack the product?

A: Standard export-packing with individual box lamp frame k/d packing with Styrofoam cushion inside, every package is offered with English installment instruction and pictures or any languages as clients need.

   

Q: How to reduce the damage during transportation?

A: Avoid the fiercely vibration and impact each other in rough handling in transit. We would assemble product as much as we can do under the premise of protecting the goods against damages during handling, storing and shipping. 

   

SHIPPING METHOD

Q: What kind of shipping method do you offer?

A: By Express: DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS etc. The dispatch time is around 5 days

     Air freight: It is more economical and time-saving than express when your order weighting more than 100KGs

     Sea freight: We will update sea fright once we are informed of the port where the goods will be delivered
